12 Weeks

We had our NT scan/First Trimester screening (ultrasound and blood test) done yesterday. The ultrasound was amazing! Baby T was moving all over the place, rolling around, waving at us, stretching, arching the little back, kicking. It was absolutely adorable. We couldn't believe how much the baby had grown in just under 3 weeks. Baby was measuring just a few days ahead, which the doctor said was very good and fine and normal. Heartrate during the ultrasound was 171 and later with the doctor's doppler it was 166.

Bad news is I got a call tonight from the office that they have to re-do the blood test tomorrow morning. Apparently one of the blood spots from the finger prick was "unacceptable" to the lab. UGH! Anyway, we should probably have all the results back Friday but from what the doctor and ultrasound tech could see yesterday, they thought everything looked great! We love our little Baby T so much!
