Surprise!

Wow...this past weekend I was completely surprised when I walked into a surprise baby shower! Lori and Jackie told me they were taking me to afternoon tea, "A Baby Tea", downtown at the Brown Palace. Lori is a big tea person, so I totally believed this! Lori picked me up, and we headed to pick up Jackie. On the way over it was decided that I needed to go inside and check out some paint colors Kent had finished in their house for ideas for our basement. I walked into the room to see so many wonderful friends and family yelling surprise! Carey and Jackie put on a beautiful shower! My mom, Aunt Janet, Heather, Dawson, and Becky all traveled from WY, and Julie traveled from NE to be there for it. My great friends from Fort Collins, Kathy, Trish, and Erica traveled down too. And then of course so many of my wonderful friends from here in the Parker area were there...Danette and Heather, Lisa, Gaylynn, Leslie and Steph. I am so blessed with such great friends and family! And, honestly, I was completely surprised! Apparently Travis was involved, and he did a great job keeping the secret! I really had no clue. I don't have any pictures to share from it since I didn't have my camera, but I did have Travis take this picture before I left to go to "tea".
