Happy 4th of July!!!

We had a great 4th of July weekend! The Barritt's arrived Friday evening, and The Alvino's came over for dinner that night too. Carson and Isabella really hit it off! They had a great time and kept us all entertained with their singing, dancing, and running. Catherine and Whitney are only about 3 weeks apart and loved watching all the action.

Saturday was the Rockies game (which we lost...dang it!). Carson and Whitney were both SO good at the game. Carson got some cotton candy and really liked that. Whitney took a small little nap with Cody, but mostly was happy checking everyone out. The people around kept commenting how cute and smiley and alert she was. The fireworks were great but Whitney got a little scared at the very end. Good thing it was time to head to the car and have a snack and nap by then! I thought Baby T would be kicking like crazy during the fireworks, but he/she didn't seem to think too much of them - a kick here and there but not any more than any other evening.

Carson LOVED Travis on this trip. They did a lot of playing, and Carson said Travis was his "Best Buddy Forever". Ohhhh - so cute! Haha, Carson even made Travis take him to the bathroom at the game. We all thought this was hilarious! Gina said, "We're really breaking Travis in!".

We are so happy they came to visit. We had a great time. Happy 4th of July everyone!

Travis got to feel Baby T move tonight for the first time! I knew the kicks/punches were getting stronger and stronger, and I was sure I was feeling them with my hand too. So, Daddy was patient enough tonight and sure enough, Baby T gave him a good strong kick or punch! Our next post will probably be the big gender announcement after our 20 week ultrasound! I can hardly wait!
