Our growing boy!

As always - sorry I've become such a poor blogger these days. Houston keeps us very busy! He will be 11 weeks old tomorrow. Wow! Time has flown already. He seems to do something new everyday. He's been noticing his hands for a few weeks. He always keeps his little fists with his thumb curled under his index finger...so cute! He wants to roll over so badly. He smashes his face into the blanket trying so hard. Once we help him onto his tummy he wants to crawl so badly! He moves his legs the entire time in a bicycle motion but just lacks the arm and core strength to go anywhere. Dad helps give him some leverage and then he can push against Travis's arm and scoot forward. He grunts and growls the whole time working so hard! He had his 2-month appt on the 28th. He now weighs in at 13 lbs 14 oz which is 75th percentile for weight. So, as you can see, our little man in growing and gaining well! He had shots which was really tough on Mama. I was a wreck all day (probably more than Houston was). Good thing Dad was at the appt too. Special thanks to Danette for bringing us much-needed tylenol and calming both Mama and Houston down in the afternoon. What a relief it was when she walked in the door! The next day Houston was fine though. I'm just glad it's over! Here are some pictures. He's really full of smiles but they're hard for me to catch on my phone as he immediately stares wide-eyed at it when I hold it up.
